Founded in Geneva, Switzerland, the « Dialog Ensemble » formed by pipa master Lingling Yu and the outstanding musicians. It’s a contemporary, classical and traditional music group that features an association of instruments and voice from oriental to occidental. It works and researches in a variety of music disciplines and genres, often works wtih composers for new productions. Since the creation of the Ensemble Dialog in 2001 for classic and contemporary music at Swiss Radio Television (SRT) in Bern, many of its various forms creations and productions were performed at France Radio, Germany Bayerischer Rundfunk, Amsterdam Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ, Rotterdam De Doelen, Yekaterinburg Philharmonic music hall, Shanghai Oriental Art Center, Hangzhou Grand Thearter, Music hall of Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, Geneva music university’s music hall, Guimet Museum of Asian Art of nation of France, Yekaterinburg Philharmonic music hall, etc. in Europe and Asia, and continues to perform new productions, in major concert halls and festivals throughout the world.

Dialog Ensemble has produced works by the different generetions Fabian Müller, Bun-Ching Lam, Eric Gaudibert, Nadir Vassena, Wencheng Qin, Musheng Chen, Xiaofu Zhang, Chaoming DONG, Jingjun Yu, Zhixuan Kong, Wei Du, Yu Tao, Valentin Marti, Carlo Ciceri, Mahmoud Turkmani, Huihui Chen, Marek Pasieczny, Guangping Cao, Huasong Qiao, Tianhu Yin, Lingling Yu and has performed the contemporary works of Dun Tan, Shirui Zhu, Yi Chen, Long Zhou, Frangis Ali-Sade, Melissa Hui, etc.
